When Eli Raven provides a read based on your energy patterns and makes any predictions or assumptions, this is based on the current energy surrounding you and anyone in the situation at present. Once a session is booked there are no refunds. If the original date and time booked does not work for a client we can reschedule to a mutually agreed to date/time.
